While Guardian Scalelord isnt a +1/+1 counter payoff the same way the other cards are, it is a smaller Sun Titan that trades in Vigilance for Flying and some additional upside
Then each player returns all creature cards from their graveyard that weren't put there this way to the battlefield
While it does die to a lot of popular removal spells, the ward at least makes it pretty annoying for our opponent to kill, and by the mid game it's pretty easy for Dragonfly Swarm to be something like a 5/3 flier for three, and later it can climb to 10 or more power, letting us close out the game in just a couple of attacks
There is also one five-colour battle , with Invasion of Alara costing one white, one blue, one black, one red, and one green mana to cast.
