Shoebox - Los Angeles Washed Gesha - Nariño, Colombia - 05/25 Subscription Café Granja La Esperanza (CGLE)Shoebox is a newer roaster that I've been incredibly impressed with. If you're on Discord, you probably know Maxwell and are familiar with their backstory, but for those of you who aren't, they used to roast for a different Chicago roaster: Jimmy Beans. I didn't always love their sourcing, but I really enjoyed the roast of the coffee I tried from them. Since launching their own roastery, Shoebox is quickly becoming one of my favorite US roasters.
